    Head chef Akira Endo plans menus that make the most of the seasonal ingredients he purchases from the market every morning, and is passionate about cooking methods that will make customers say the food is delicious.

    The facility's greatest pride is its menu, which is based on Japanese cuisine but does not fall into any particular genre, including Western and Chinese cuisine.If you let us know your preferences in advance, such as food allergies or a dislike of oily fish, we will do our best to accommodate you.Please do not hesitate to tell us.

    For customers with allergies, we will do our best to accommodate if notified in advance (3 days in advance).
    However, although it is possible to deal with single allergies such as "shrimp is bad", ingredient allergens such as wheat and soybeans are sometimes included in seasonings,
    It may be unable to correspond to everything.

    Also, allergic sensitivity varies from person to person.
    It is possible to not use the ingredients you wish to use, however, it is not possible to completely remove even the smallest traces of ingredients that may be attached to cooking utensils such as pots.
